Lucie studied Medicine at The University of Leicester, UK, graduating in 201O. Lucie was drawn to a career in Family Medicine early on in her training, as it allowed her to manage a wide variety of health issues, ensuring no two days were the same. She was also keen to work in an area of medicine that gifted her the opportunity to build long lasting relationships within her community. Lucie believes a critical role of a Family Physician is to empower patients through health education, she actively encourages her patients to take an active role in their healthcare and in improving their overall health outcomes. Lucie has a keen interest in women’s health, especially in menopause care.

Outside of work Lucie enjoys powerlifting, reading and spending time in the great outdoors with her husband and their two sons.
