Dr. Aristarkhova received her MD from University of Calgary and completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Alberta.

She believes that the patient and doctor share decision-making, and strives to have the patient feel heard and understood at each appointment. Dr. Aristarkhova strongly believes in a proactive approach to health, by helping patients make informed and positive lifestyle choices to prevent or slow down disease processes. Special interests include migraine treatment, paediatrics, mental health, and chronic disease management. She offers Botox for chronic migraine headaches and was trained in the PREEMPT protocol from Chronic Headache Clinic at Foothills Medical Centre. She also offers Botox for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, family dog, travelling and keeping active.
